Initiate Your Request
Log into your ÁTHOS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage to delicate home goods during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
